Convoy Strength Guest Access & Liability Waiver
1. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
I understand that using the facilities at Convoy Strength (the “Gym”) as a guest exposes me to inherent risks including, but not limited to:

Physical injuries (sprains, strains, broken bones)

Equipment malfunction or misuse

Risk from other individuals’ conduct

High-intensity lifting and strength-based training risks
-
Exposure to illness in a shared environment
By entering and using this facility, I voluntarily accept all such risks and agree that Convoy Strength, its owners, staff, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, or medical issues that may occur, including:

Injury or death while using any gym equipment or participating in activity

Aggravation of any medical condition

Damage, theft, or loss of personal property
I waive all claims against the Gym and its affiliates and agree not to bring any legal action for incidents occurring during my visit.
2. Medical Clearance & Emergency Responsibility
I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of exercising and assume all responsibility for my health. I understand that Convoy Strength does not provide medical treatment, and in the case of an emergency, I am solely responsible for seeking and paying for medical care.
3. Access Rules & Conduct
As a guest, I agree to abide by all Gym rules including, but not limited to:

No sharing of door codes, keys, or access with others

No use of the facility outside the approved guest timeframe

Respectful behavior toward members and equipment

Re-racking weights, cleaning up after use, and maintaining gym hygiene

No coaching, personal training, or conducting business on-site without express permission
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of my guest access and possible legal consequences. I understand that the Gym is under video surveillance and that misconduct will be documented and acted upon.
4. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Convoy Strength and its affiliates from any legal claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from my presence or actions at the Gym. This waiver is binding upon my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
5. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in San Diego County.
6. Acknowledgment of Terms
I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily signed this Guest Waiver. I acknowledge that I am giving up legal rights, including the right to sue Convoy Strength for any injury or incident that occurs while I am on the premises.
By signing, you agree to abide by convoy strength’s membership agreement, liability waiver, and all posted policies available on convoystrength.com.
